DRINKING HOT WATER

HOW TO TAKE HOT WATER:
For this, you have to drink 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach at 5’o clock in the morning. Don’t eat anything for 45 minutes. If possible, take a walk for 10 minutes.
If you can’t drink 4 glasses of water at one time then increase glass by glass for every day.
CUMIN GINGER REMEDY
This is another best remedy for constipation and gas trouble and it is old and workout remedy for any age people. Also, it will help to strengthen your digestive system. The ginger and cumin seeds have their own different properties. if you consume together then they give faster results than single. Use this remedy for three to four times in a week for better results.
Ingredients required for cumin and ginger are
- Cumin seeds- 4 teaspoons
- Chopped ginger -4 teaspoons
- sugar – 2 teaspoons
- ghee
HOW TO MAKE:
- Take a small kadhai and Place it on the stove then add ghee, cumin seeds, chopped ginger.
- Roast all ingredients till the colour changes to golden brown colour under medium flame.
- finally, add sugar before switching off the flame. Adding sugar is optional.
CUMIN SEEDS TEA
Cumin seeds contain a high amount of fiber.So it is helpful for constipation, controls blood pressure, cold, cough, anemia and gas problems. This is the best remedy for piles also. There are two different ways to make this tea.
COLD TEA:
- First, dry roast cumin seeds till the colour change to brown and let it cool for some time.
- Make a fine paste using a blender.
- Now add one teaspoon of cumin powder in a glass of water and drink this water early morning with an empty stomach.
HOT TEA:
- Take a small pot and add one glass of water and cumin seeds.
- Heat it till they boil and the liquid in the pot reduces to the half glass.
- Filter the tea and drink it.
- If you can drink with seeds then have it.it is much beneficial than filtered tea.
CAROM SEEDS
Again it has several benefits other than constipation. it reduces acidity, relieves asthma, flu, menstrual cramps, and allergies. You can consume this carom seeds in two ways.
CAROM POWDER IN RICE:
- To make this, First, Dry roast carom seeds till the colour change to black and blend it to make a fine paste.
- Add salt to it.
- Consume this with ghee in rice.
CAROM TEA:
- Dry roast carom seeds till the colour change to black and add one glass of water to it.
- Boil this till the water reduces to half a glass.
- Filter the tea and let it cool for some time.
- This tea tastes bitter but very good remedy.
- Note that the roasted seeds colour should be black.
FENNEL SEEDS
Fennel seeds help to improve digestive system, relieve asthma, reduce bad breath and controls blood pressure. Directly take one tablespoon of fennel seed after your meals. This will help to digest your food easily.
TAMBULAM
This is a most famous tradition in India. The scientific reason behind it is, easily digest food. It is taken after the meals. It is a combination of betel leaf, areca nut and slaked lime. Keep areca nut and slaked lime in betel leaf to make tambulam. close the leaf and eat this after your meals.
WATER
Drink high amount of water can also help to reduce constipation. This is the simple and easy remedy. It will help to reduce cholesterol, any kind of skin problems like pimples, allergies.
