How To Reduce Gas Trouble



Everyone has a gas problem on average people produce 1 to 4 points a day.  some amount of gas from the digestive tract comes from the air swallowed. Other gas comes from the breakdown of undigested food. These are the main reasons for the production of gas in the stomach. The main symptoms of gas trouble are,
  • Flatulence
  • Bad breath
  • lack of appetite
  • coated tongue
  • Abdominal bloating


The gas problem leads to many other serious problems like ulcer, cancer etc. so it is better to take precautions before it is going to severe. There are simple remedies to control gas trouble. If you are using for some time, it will go permanently.

NATURAL REMEDIES:


MILK AND TURMERIC: 

This is a simple and easy method for gas. Take half a cup of lukewarm milk and add a pinch of turmeric to it. Mix it well and drink this milk every day before going to bed. This remedy not only clears your gas problem but also cleans the liver so that many other problems are cured with this simple remedy.

GINGER AND CUMIN SEEDS:

For this remedy, first, cut the one-inch ginger into small pieces and then take a kadhai to add some ghee, one tablespoon of cumin seeds and ginger pieces. Roast it in ghee till the cumin seeds crackle and ginger changes to golden brown. Let it cool for some time and then have it by adding a little amount of sugar on the top of it. This will not only controls the gas level but also cleans the digestive system of the body.
On other hand chew some raw cumin seeds daily in the morning helps to improve digestion.

CAROM/AJWAIN SEEDS:

In this remedy, take half a cup of carom seeds and dry roast it in a hot kadhai till the color of the seeds changes to black then add little amount of salt to it.let it cool for some time and then store it in a box. Take a half tablespoon of roasted carom seeds with hot rice and ghee in your meals daily.

DRIED GINGER REMEDY:

First, cut dried ginger into small pieces then dry roast it. Now take a blender and add one teaspoon of pepper and carom seeds and dry roasted dried ginger to it. Make it into a fine paste. Then heat a kadhai and add this three ingredients powder and sugar to it.stir it to get a thick paste. Cool this paste for some time and eat this to reduce gas and also it helps to increase appetite. This is a very old and effective remedy.

TIPS FOR GAS TROUBLE:

CHEW SLOWLY: 

This will helps to digest your food fastly and also if we eat hurry then we swallow more air. This forms gas in the stomach.

DRINK MORE WATER:

Drinking excess water will help in digestion. So drink water 30 minutes before meals.

EAT HIGH FIBER CONTENT FOOD:

Eating rich fiber content food and taking more green leaves helps to reduce the formulation of the gas in the stomach and helps to improve digestion.

DO EXERCISES:

Doing exercises helps to maintain your body in a stable condition.
