Belly Fat... It becomes the most complicated problem nowadays. Some people will get this after marriage, some people get this after pregnancy and some people get this due to high-stress levels. Whatever the reason everyone wants to get flat tummy. There is no specific age to get this.
The main reason behind this fat belly is high stress. This stress drives to overeating results extra fat in the body but the cortisol promotes the fat in the belly which results in belly fat.
Doing exercises will not give full results. The exercises make your body strong and thinner but the real secret behind to reduce belly fat completely is a balanced, calorie controlled diet and an hour exercise daily.Here are some simple exercises for all age people.
CYCLING WITH LEGS
HOW TO DO:
- First, position your hands with the shoulder distance apart and place the elbows 45 degrees to your body. Make sure that there is no distance between the two feet as shown in the figure.
- Now fix the hands and start moving your legs like cycling.
- In this exercise, you feel little pressure on the stomach. The pressure will melt the extra fat in the belly.
- Do 20 to 30 pushups daily for better results. If you can't do 20 at once then start from 5 and increase to 20 times.
STRETCHING LEGS
HOW TO DO:
- First, stretch your legs straight and make sure that there is no distance between them. Also, the knees should touch the base.
- Sit straight and stretch your hands straight. Now exhale the breath and Try to touch the feet fingers.
- Stay in this position for at least 20 breathings.
- This exercise is simple and anyone can do it easily.
WALKING
HOW TO DO:
- This is one of the best and workout exersice. Walking not only burn the extra fat in the stomach but also helps to burn the body fat.
- Daily one hour walking in the morning is enough for any kind of health issues.
- If you can't walk for one hour at once then start with less time and increase the time to 1 hour.
BY CYCLE EXERCISE
HOW TO DO:
- In this exercise, first lying on the floor and place your hands on the head as shown in the above picture.
- Now move your head when exhale to come up one side and inhale to center then exhale to other side and inhale to center. simultaneously move your corresponding leg with the head.
- Continue this cycling for at 20 reputations.
