  3. Five grams of orris powder, 20 mL. Mix sesame oil in 80 ml of water. The mixture should be thoroughly cooked on a fine flame and the oil is left to dry. let it cool for some time and put 2 to 3 drops in the nose for getting better results.
  4. make a fine powder of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, basil leaves, and turmeric. Add this powder in cup water. Drink it hot. Using this remedy for 2 to 3 weeks regularly, the sinusitis problem can be cured completely.
  5. Heat the milk and add a half teaspoon of dry ginger powder in it. Drink it as a tea regularly to reduce the sinus problem.
